General Data Protection Regulation

GPS Marketing General Data Protection Regulations – Everything you need to know about GDPR Compliance.

You’ve probably been receiving a lot of emails about GDPR.

We want to keep you up to date in terms of your privacy and security. To keep pace with new data protection rules for EU customers based on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and to help simplify and explain your choices about your data within GPS Marketing, we have updated our Privacy Policy.

There is no action required on your part, and it is not necessary to change the way you use our services.

What is the GDPR? The GDPR is designed to provide more transparency and clarity. In particular, EU citizens get more control, choices and rights over how data is used and guidelines for the collection and processing of data for businesses. We’ve revised customer agreements to include a data processing addendum that reflects the new GDPR standards and states how we hold ourselves to these standards as a business.
